My first time at Potbelly and was disappointed. I like that the sandwiches are toasted, but extremely very little meat. The girl putting on the condiments didn’t put on the tomatoes even though it was the first item I asked for and I didn’t rush telling her what I wanted. She kept getting distracted with talking with the other two girls at the register and I couldn’t see over the high counter as to what she was putting on my sandwich. I ordered the Wreck and didn’t open it until I got home. It certainly didn’t look like the picture! I may return for another chance but won’t be ordering that sandwich. I will try the grilled chicken and cheddar. Maybe with that sandwich I hope to have a better...
I will not return here, and if you have not been to Potbelly, consider yourself extremely lucky.The people in their Customer Service understand their workers are bullies and fully fledged evildoers. They allow stalking, within their store.Consider Me returning without a judge and lawyer impossible.These workers jumped on the anti-God wagon and will all be one day within eternal damnation. That’s fair judgement.I want all My money back. I was a customer of Pot Belly for two-decades before their bullying.HECK NO TO PITBELLY! I MEAN POTBELLY!
I've ordered from this restaurant many times, but I was shocked at how little meat came on my sandwich through Uber Eats. I've never seen such a small portion of meat on any sandwich before. It was especially frustrating to pay extra for the steakhouse beef, only to receive even less than on their other sandwiches. It felt like a total waste of money. I definitely recommend avoiding ordering from here via Uber Eats. It was seriously disappointing.
This was my first visit to this location, and I was disappointed with my meal choice. I ordered the original chicken club with bacon, grilled chicken, cheddar, and light mayo. While the chicken flavor was decent, the overall temperature and presentation of the sandwich left much to be desired. The sandwich fell apart as I unwrapped it, and it appeared to be put together haphazardly. Moreover, it was too cold to be classified as a hot dish.

Rather disappointing... The staff acted as if my mere existence peeved them despite the fact that it was in the evening and I was picking up a mobile order along with being the only customer in the entire store. The order was missing some items, and the staff seemed equally annoyed to complete my order in full. Like I said, it was rather disappointing. I am a massive Potbellys fan, but the staff on this particular night were awful.
We love our sandwiches when it’s made by old staff. James is one of our favourite, he makes delicious sandwiches and his smiley personality will make your weekend good. But we have had couple of very worst experiences when sandwiches were made by new staff- once it was too spicy, the guy like put so many hot peppers and once it was too bland and no taste. Vegetarian options: They have 2 veggie sandwich options and couple of soups.
Usually have no bad experiences at this location but today got a pick your pair chicken club and farm house salad no egg they got the no egg right but also gave me no chicken. I ate the sandwich right away but save the salad for later so didn’t notice till hrs later. I’ll be sure to check all orders going forward before
Customer service is non existent. Terrible experiences A-Z. Corporate really needs to spend a week or two and see how this franchise is being run and representing the brand. It would be their best interest. A call to the health department is also warranted.

Fantastic service and delicious food! Huge thanks to Lena for being incredibly kind and helpful. She informed us about the upgraded app and the perks we can take advantage of! She also made us some amazing sandwiches!
Wearing gloves is counterproductive when long pointed nails have poked through and are basically touching everything. That would definitely fail a sanitation inspection. Worked the food industry for many years!!!
