I recently enjoyed a delicious tuna sandwich on wheat bread at a restaurant in Rochester. I had been waiting to be seated at Panera next door, but decided to try the empty location instead. The sandwich was far better than the standard fare at Panera, with a crunchy, freshly baked wheat bread that was truly delicious. I appreciated the attention to detail, and the addition of onions, lettuce, and tomato made for a perfect combination. Thank you to the staff for a great meal - I will definitely be back.
I ordered a Wreck sandwich through DoorDash. I was shocked at how someone could mess up a sandwich so badly. I asked for a simple Wreck with everything except peppers and light aioli. What I received was just bread, meat, and aioli, which was disgusting. All the toppings, including cheese, were missing. It was clear that the people preparing the order did not know how to read properly.
Cookies hard like cement. They 're supposed to be soft and moist. I 've never had cookies from Potbellys before so dry and stale like this. These are 100% expired and no sell by date listed. Threw in trash .
The food was good once they got the order right. The staff seemed distracted and a bit aloof. The app was difficult to use. The atmosphere felt like a warehouse. Other than that, everything was fine.

I go there every once in a while for dinner during work and they always give me the best service. Ryan and his other crewmembers are always very kind and helpful. Great place to eat at

This place is great! The food is always perfect, but the staff really takes it up a notch. Phenomenal service every time, quick and simple.
