Potbelly is great for a quick lunch and extremely kid friendly. There are numerous ways to customize your meal, whether it’s making your sandwich skinnier or adding extras like avocado. It’s a very good value for the money. Their cookies are not to be missed, especially the oatmeal chocolate chip and the chocolate brownie cookie. The chain is very consistent. In terms of decor, the restaurants have a retro “home” feel with lots of wood accents reminiscent of an older house. There are also lots of vintage-style posters on the walls. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Was eating my sandwich and noticed a homeless man, looking through the window. A woman, purchased her sandwich and walked out the door, and was immediately approached by the man. Freddy, an employee, didn’t even hesitate and walked outside to make sure she was ok. Props to you sir, we need more people like you looking out for each other.

Had a wonderful experience at Potbelly in Midtown today after meeting Scottie Pippen at Spec’s a couple of blocks away. The mac cheese was exquisite, it washed down very well with Scottie’s “Digits” whiskey bourbon at home; the wreck sandwich with the hot peppers was also excellent. Thanks Potbelly, enjoyed my experience here today.

eat my sandwich and noticed a homeless person looking through the window. a woman, bought her sandwich and went out of the door, and was immediately approached by the man. freddy, a hired, even hesitated and went out to make sure she was in order. we need more people as they look.

Stopped by tonight and they were clearly short staffed. Tea was the only one working and there were 6-7 people in the restaurant. She got us our food fast and was very friendly.

Used to work here, and even though I don't anymore it's still a go to for me whenever I want sub sandwiches. Hot peppers go crazyyyy.
