Unlike my experience with the unprofessional staff (Tamia) at the Taylor Street location in Chicago, I was warmly welcomed and greeted with enthusiasm by Brandon. I finally got to enjoy my Chicken Pot Pie Soup and Chicken Sandwich. My meal was hot, fresh, and delicious, all served with a smile. I ordered online for delivery. My order confirmation said it would be delivered at 4:30 this is what I was counting on for my daughter's dinner before gymnastics practice) I called to check on the order status 10 minutes later only to find out that in fact there system doesn't work like that and the order doesn't come through to them until 4:25. They make it and then they have to wait for door dash to pick it up and have no idea how long that will take. The worst part is that Potbelly corporate has nowhere on their website where I can even let them know about this gross misrepresentation and now I have no dinner for my child! So one star it is and I guess I'm done with Potbellys considering...
I placed a delivery order at 9:20 PM and received confirmation. I then got an email stating that my food was being prepared with an estimated delivery time of 9:55 PM. However, at 10:03 PM, I received another email saying that my order was no longer in progress. I called the Potbelly store directly, but they denied any responsibility for the order cancellation and told me to contact DoorDash for a refund, saying they had no information. The customer service was disappointing, and I won’t be returning.
I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at this restaurant. There was a topping missing for the chicken pot pie soup, and the employee I spoke with at 7:08 PM on April 1st was kind enough to inform me over the phone, since my mom doesn't speak English very well. She deserves to be recognized for her excellent service. Additionally, everything else was prepared perfectly.

The guy making the sandwiches was insanely rude and impatient and then the guy putting on the condiments seemed straight up miserable and made the sandwich wrong. There are a lot of other great places to eat in Oak Park I’ll go to one of them next time. I’d already had a hard day and this experience made it just a bit worse.
Dear potbelly’s. I’ve been here many times and none of those times has been quite as nice as this visit. Absolutely wonderful staff, kind, funny, and acted like people as apposed to stereotypical fast food workers. Please give all employees a raise who were there March 7 1:30 Pm 2024
I always liked potbelly food and this location didn't disappoint, got the A wreck sandwich and it was made really well just a little oil more than normal. Good people running this and they give you a good amount of hot peppers as well.
I got a complete wrong order today. I order a turkey sandwich, I received a ham sandwich. I got a chicken salad. I received a salad without chicken.I mean do you even look at the orders. This is ridiculous!!!

Went to get a Broccoli cheddar soup and it was so watered down, I know the soup probably comes in a bag, and it's reheated. just trying to figure out why it's so watered-down won't be coming back here!
Fantastic restaurant! It's been my favorite since high school. The staff is amazing and friendly. The sandwich was delicious!
