I’ve been a big fan of Prado Cafe for years, especially the Fir Street location. The atmosphere is always cozy, and the amazing team, including the lovely Paniz, makes it such a welcoming spot. My morning routine is to get a coffee from here every day, and it’s been the highlight of my mornings. However, I recently noticed they’ve changed their coffee beans, and unfortunately, the new ones don’t match the quality of what they used to serve. The flavor just isn’t as rich or satisfying as before, which is a bit disappointing since the coffee was one of the main reasons I loved this place.
