When this place 1st opened they used to have better fresher quality meat. In fact it was easily a 4 star review. Now it's all dry and bland. But the biggest change is the size of the donair. It's about a 1/2 the size of what it used to be when the (i think greek) lady ran it. It must have either changed hands or they're not keeping an eye on their staff because i never see her there anymore. Anyhow, after a few bad experiences i stayed away but I went back to give it another chance and it's still not good. Went in almost half hour before close, staff was already shutting down register and cashing out, so debit machine of course was down, no attempt to re-log before asking for cash only sale, refused sale after I said I had no cash (like 90% of regular people in 2022), unlikely to go back in evening hours again. unfortunate as I like to get a donair after work and this location is right down the road.Not usually an issue with the guy I normally see working evenings

Okay sales associates are good polite, food on the other hand is bland, too hot need better ventilation in the shop. Too dark the atmosphere. I don’t wanna be a stereotype but why pakistani, indian, Chinese owners shop are always look rundown never like bright or welcome, even though they are the part of franchise.. all comments welcome ??

The food was delicious, and the service was quite satisfactory. However, the atmosphere felt a bit rundown, with clutter piled in the hallways. The menus displayed on the flickering, low-resolution monitors were hard to read, and the bathroom was in poor condition. Reserva una mesa ahora

Very bland..... tiny salad for 20 bucks. Vegetables were not fresh. Pretty sure the donair sauce watered down. Meat was leftover in a container not on the spool. So disappointed. Never again at this location.

Don’t display your hours as closing at 10 if you’re going to lock customers out at 9:45 while others are still inside.
