I had a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. There was no greeting upon my arrival, while the staff member did say hello to another customer. It felt like she was frustrated with our order, as she was banging things around, and her facial expressions suggested she was annoyed. In contrast, her tone became very friendly when speaking to the other customer. I couldn’t help but feel upset, especially since we were polite and thanked her, but I don’t recall her saying “thank you” or “welcome back” even once. It made me wonder what her issue was—does she only want to serve certain people? If that's the case, she should just put up a sign indicating who she’s willing to accom...

Fifteen of us went out for lunch, but it was quite a challenge since there were no spoons or forks available. We ended up wasting our meal just to buy a single plastic spoon from a nearby grocery store. As a result, only a few of us were able to eat with our hands. The service was for takeout, and the cost per person ranged from $10 to $20.

Food was good, but the service was terrible. There was only one person who worked on Friday at 6:00 and was rude. They also accused us for a meal and then didn't give us the fries and started ordering the next customer. $40 for a small pack, large pack and 2 drinks is ridiculous. Very poor customer service. The participant was on the phone while I took my order. Not attentive. The salad was brown. Was not happy with my overall experience. I have never experienced this in any other Prairie Donair, so it must be this place.

Poor customer service/very chaotic even though it was not very busy. I’ve never been to aa establishment where they are yelling across the room about your order details

Our food was left outside our hotel door. We figure for about 45 min when we finally wondered what was taking so long. No utensils to eat with and cold food.

No rice available for rice platter at 7 pm. Was offered more vegetables instead. 18 bucks for lettuce. No thanks

Eating is amazing, but those really need to put some efforts in a position to make the place look much better.
