Nothing wrong with the room's, food or location. But as you enter the building a touch screen reminds about paying for parking. You automatically do this and it charges you £8 for an overnight stay. At the check in desk the person reminds you about paying for the car park and you reply yes we have done that at a cost of £8. We then got told if you have used the discount code what he pointed to on the counter tops you would of only paid £4 !!! Ask about getting your overcharged money back and it becomes a joke.... Next people who came in experienced the same thing. Well done Premium Inn !!! I'm sure you need to treat people like this to survive ??? Very disappointed you wanted an extra £4 fro...
Upon arrival, our check-in process was seamless. One important tip is to remember to enter the discount code for the parking, as it can greatly reduce your expenses. The service during the meal was excellent, and the quality of the food was impressive. I want to highlight the chef who came out to take our order—she was truly entertaining! The room was tidy, but if you want room service, don’t forget to notify the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.
