I ordered Prepped Kitchen lunch catering for my work meeting in Downtown Suisun. Andrea and her staff are culinary chefs from Napa. They were able to deliver and the food was top notch! Although I wanted a simple sandwich lunch for work, I am sure she can custom a meal given lots of lead time. When she emailed me her menu, I was overwhelmed by all the choices. I ended up getting a sandwich buffet lunch which included 3 types of sandwiches, house made drinks and bottled carbonated flavored water, salad, and cookies. First and foremost, this has been the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered at a restaurant. The food is inconsistent; sometimes it's good, but often it lacks essential ingredients, depending on the unpredictable mood of the cook. The chef, Andrea, communicates in a way that feels more like a sulky teenager than a professional, and they ask for payment before providing any food. Despite claiming to have a customer-focused approach, they completely disregard any communication unless it's about collecting payment. Overall, this establishment does not operate professionally.
"Are you looking for a side of drama with your salad? I enlisted Andrea for meal preparation, but she brought accusations that seemed aimed at getting more money from us. If her claims weren't convenient for her, she would simply backtrack. Communication with her was impossible, and she insisted on advance payments and deposits without any contract in place. I eventually decided to part ways with her, and she promised to refund me for the unused portion of the service. However, it's been six weeks, and I still haven't received my refund."
My husband and I hired Andrea to prepare a fusion of Latin and Asian cuisine for our wedding reception, which hosted 50 guests. The food was so delicious that our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it. Andrea was accommodating with allergies and other dietary restrictions, the menu was extensive, and the quality of the food was outstanding.

Not sure of the Lady's name whom runs the place but she has one of the worst business practices of anyone I have ever seen. If you want to be harrassed and yelled at, please by all means rent from her. Please dont't give her your money.
