The staff can't really speak well english, just hope the owner (or if one of them is the owner) can hire some english speaking person as you're doing business in Australia. Simply asking whether it's suit for vegan, and none-of the staff could answer me this. When i asked, the girl recommend me to drink milk tea, and i asked is it creamer or real milk as I have become vegan since this year, and she only answered "yes". And this give and go conversation repeated 3 times. One of my favorite bubble tea store in town. Presotea's highlight is its stronger tea flavor and aroma adding both layer and authenticity to the otherwise usual bubble tea. The store is always buzzing with customers so you may need to wait a while to get your drinks.
My favorite would be the matcha latte with pudding, standard sugar, and less ice. You can alter the sugar level and amount of ice you want. The matcha latte here is good with strong taste of matcha, and quiet worth-it to at $6 for a large cup with additional topping of pudding.
I had the special pearl milk tea and I thought it tasted like oolong milk tea. I like how there was an option to alter the sweetness. I prefer presotea over utopia. I find utopia very artifical and overly sweet. Will come back and try other flavours.
Amazing service and amazing bubble tea! The flavours are of high quality and the staff is super friendly and quick while the prices are very reasonable unlike other bubble tea places.
As a gwai lo I'm a new comer to Bubble Tea. I still don't get some of the toppings, or pearl flavours. Had a couple of teas from here that were just plain odd, again white boy palate.

Must be one of the best bubble tea chains in Perth. Always go here. Tea flavour is good without being too sweet. Sago is always generous and a nice chewy texture.
Love the tea here. Strong flavours and i love how we can alter the sweetness when we order. Very popular place to come buy a bubble tea, especially in summer.
