The lack of organization was evident from the moment I arrived, with no clear indication of where the queue was located. Despite waiting patiently in front of the till, I was completely ignored by the staff, who failed to acknowledge my presence or guide me to the correct spot. After some time, it became apparent that I was standing in the wrong place along with other customers. When we were finally directed to the correct side, those who arrived after me were served before me, even though I had been waiting longer. I was disappointed today for the first time at this restaurant. I typically order the ham and cheese toastie with mustard, which is usually excellent. However, when I opened it today, I was disappointed to find that it was made with brown bread, which I do not like. There was no indication on the packaging that it was made with brown bread, only stating it was a ham and cheese toastie with mustard. Upon closer inspection of the ingredients, I found that it was made with seeded bloomer bread. I had always assumed that a toastie was made with white bread. Today, I received excellent service at this restaurant, even though one of their machines was not working. Despite being busy and potentially stressful, the staff remained friendly and helpful. The server apologized for any delay, although my coffee was delivered quickly. This is a perfect example of the high level of customer service I consistently receive at this establishment. Some of the staff even remember me and my order when I visit, which adds a personal touch to my morning routine. Overall, it's a great place to be a regular customer.
I love the variety of gluten free food in this place, and the range of healthy and tasty options for lunch. The cats chicken soup is a favourite. I'd also love to give a massive shoutout to the staff for always being so cheerful and friendly and kind, they are a bright spot on bad days when I just need a caffeine pick me up. A great big thank you to Sophie today, who was sweet and lovely even in the face of a line out the door. Though all your staff there are top notch.

This used to have the best coffee in St. Andrews. Sadly, this has changed. The coffee is bitter and undrinkable. perhaps the management could investigate why? Their sandwiches are great. There are any number of factors as to why a coffee is bitter, all fixable according to simple google. I hope pret steps up, but until then, I’ll go elsewhere.
Always great in St And's a great place to sit down. The food is always fresh and excellent. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and the staff are delightful. Sit-down food in St Andrews' centre doesn't come any more reasonably priced or convenient. Drinks are also excellent
This Pret can fluctuate between busy and dead, but the staff are always friendly and accommodating, keeping the queue flowing as fast as their got and cold drinks. They're consistently on point with ensuring my partner's dietary restrictions are looked after.
I just wanted to say how lovely and helpful ALL the staff in St Andrews Pret are. They are cheery and nothing is too much trouble for them. Well done. Credit where it is due and not enough people give compliments when they should. Great shop!

I’m a big fan of this Pret and a frequent visitor, food is always tasty and the staff very friendly. Lots of seats inside plus outside seating for a nice day.
The staff in St Andrews Pret are really welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. Every time I go in it is a pleasure to speak to them.
