Definitely not as great as the regular stores. The service was slow. They keep a customer at the cash register till all the beverages are made and delivered for an order, and it looked like the same staff at the register were making the beverages, and it’s not clear who is at which of the three counters. All of this makes for a chaotic experience and sometimes long lines that actually run past where the food is stocked so it’s hard to find what you’re looking for and then to try and pay for it. The staff seemed personable, but they need to just look a it carefully at fixing the process flow to make for a much better experience, especially when you’re a harried traveller wanting to eat after...
We are here at the airport Charles to go in Paris in section B 24 we have asked multiple times when the shop will open we have been told three times now that it will be open in five minutes and we have been lied to time and time again we have now just been told we have to wait 30 minutes and all they are doing is sitting in a corner eating free food and drinking coffee they are all extremely rude and should be fired for their conduct in how they are treated us as loyal customers I will look forward to receiving a response regarding this customer service
Avo sandwich pre boarding left me multiple times unconscious with vomiting etc due to food poisoning. Sick for multiple days and unable to eat or even drink water what a nice end to a holiday! And I was lucky that it was a short flight and got home safely, the guy behind me in the Q was a pilot/first officer. Anyone else got food poisoning in this place? Please comment to co ordinate claim.
Visited for food and coffee as had time to kill before our flight, nice lady greeted us and took our order, ordered a latte and cappuccino, a chicken caesar wrap (wrap poulet caesar pam especes) and a brown bread chicken sandwich (super club pam) food was very tasty, a bit more expensive than outside food, but all airport food outlets are the same, edjoyed our visit

I had to take my coffee here because it was the latest possible closest to the K gates. I regret not having checked the 2,8 rate before. The worst espresso macchiato I have ever got. It s like an espresso with water and not tasty milk and no foam. Pity the pastry stuff look good. Large dine-in area right before the boarding gates K31-34
I tried the vegan avocado and olives sandwich and it was quite good. The breads had some seeds on top of it. The filling had chunks of avocado, along with some olive based spread. There is also some arugula leaves in it. It made for a good light meal.
Unbelievably rude cashier, his name is Samir, throw me the money and told me to get lost in French because I asked him in English, and then he carried on talking about me in French with his colleagues.
Never go here! it was the worst matcha latte i have ever had. Clumpy, not mixed at all! You either got a sip of plain milk or nearly choke on a clump of 'pure ' matcha!

What a mess! Surly staff, slow service, seating area filthy and full of litter. Food is to Pret standard, but whoever owns this franchise should be deeply ashamed
Terrible service. Got charged 3 euros for asking for boiling water for my baby's milk. Followed by being shouted at to leave as they were now closing.
