Good food, but obviously very understaffed. Waiting times between courses were totally unacceptable, especially as the restaurant was nearly empty. Dirty plates left on the table, no one asking if we required anything else, loud inappropriate language from the kitchen between the chef and three waiting staff. A lesson in how not to do hospitality. I certainly would not recommend this otherwise very beautiful and delightfully located restaurant.
I had a wonderful meal with my family at this restaurant. The dinner was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful. The chef even made my favorite sauce, even though it wasn't on the menu anymore. They were fantastic! I'm definitely looking forward to returning.
Service and food was as good as any Prezzos. This one was particularly popular due to its location and beautiful terrace dining area which was full from start to finish of our meal. I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
There are several chain Italian restaurants in Oxford, including Strada, Ask, Zizzi, Prezzo, and even two locations for Pizza Express. Reserva una mesa ahora
had a fantastic meal. the service was excellent and the staff also. they never surprise us our favorite restaurant.
I really enjoy Prezzo. It is a cozy restaurant situated in a beautiful location within the castle complex.
I like the place but sadly it’s understaffed, so expect to wait longer than usual. Food is good
