Was underwhelmed on this visit. Table of 2 for 1 adult and a child. Given menus and a playsheet for my child with a small bucket of pencils. Unfortunately not a single pencil was useable as worn down or lead broken. We asked them to be sharpened by the waiter. Orders were taken and delivery of started was very slow. The food was hot but not much flavour within the garlic bread. We then waited almost 40 mins for the main course to arrive. The centre of my pizza disintegrated and was extremely soggy. Our appetites had left us with long wait. At no point did any member of staff ask if food was ok or if we needed anything. I asked the waiter for our bill and 15 mins later in still waiting for it...
I visited this restaurant twice during my trip to St Andrews in search of affordable vegetarian options. The service was excellent both times. The first time we went, it was quiet around 7pm and we were able to watch our pizzas being baked in the open plan kitchen. The second night, we were a large party of 40 but they still served us relatively quickly and got all of our complicated orders correct. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious, a bit dry with the breadcrumbs but still good, and the pasta dishes were huge with just the right amount of spice. The menu offered a great selection of food at student-friendly prices, slightly more upscale than other Italian restaurants but definitely worth...
We went to celebrate my father's 50th birthday and while the food was good, the service was extremely poor. It took 45 minutes for our starters to arrive and an additional 50 minutes for our mains to be served. The staff were not very friendly and did not seem to be attentive. It appeared that there were not enough kitchen staff working, as it was a busy night. It seemed like the restaurant's priority was handling take away orders, leaving the dining customers feeling neglected. We do not plan on returning any time soon.
I've been here before and this was my second time here at prezzo and it went well! Usually the service takes a while but this time I got our food in under 25 minutes! The people who served us joked around and we're smiley. However, my spaghetti with BIG MEATBALLS was very liquidy and lacked sauce while the meat balls were tasty and had a nice texture. There's my review, that's it I guess?

Went with a party of and all my friends got sick after eating there. The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is impeccable. However, there needs to be improvement in the seasonings and quality of the food.
A fantastic restaurant with lovely staff and even better food, they never fail to please the senses. Their bathroom facilities are always clean and tidy and the staff work hard to make sure they stay that way.
Been here a couple of times now and great food, service and location. Plenty of choice on the menu and we'll presented. I would not hesitate to return another time.
The food was served hot and fresh, however, the restaurant was very busy that day which caused service to be quite slow.
