My previous review of: Nice atmosphere, good food attentive staff, made a great evening, didn't come to that expectation level this time, except for Kacper who welcomed my wife I to the restaurant served us through our visit. Wanting only main meals to share from the menu, the spaghetti prawn dish was lovely, the wife was pleased we asked that the chillies came separately! On the other hand the pizza was dry sparsely accompanied with tomato, cheese or pepperoni resembled trying to eat cardboard. Came here on a Saturday night, so had to book in advance. We were seen promptly and guided to a table, which we were seen to by a waitress with great customer service. We ordered our food and it came about 15 minutes later. Once we started eating, I found the inside of my calzone to be undercooked. I ordered Olives and Chicken as 'toppings '. Olives were raw and chicken was chewy. It was almost like the chicken you buy in a packet from Tesco. The dough was also undercooked. My friend also said their carbonara was dry. Arrived after the lunch rush, only a handful of tables sat outside. Ordered drinks and meals together. Waited 25 minutes for our starter of houmous and garlic bread and then waited another half an hour for our mains. Had to ask for cutlery twice, as none was brought. Another table sat not too far away from us, arrived after and ordered after us, got drinks and food before us. No acknowledgement of the wait we had. I asked the waitress and MD about chasing our food, but no apologies were given. Disappointed and with a very hungry child, it was not a fun experience. Will not return
Absolutely enjoyed eating in Prezzo. Very neat and fine place. Friendly and professional staff. Loved my Italian sausages on a lentil mixture with salsa Verde. Peculiar. Downsides were the dim light that created a slightly solemn mood, the toilets that were below the standard, and the soft drinks seriously overpriced. But overall, I would certainly like to go there again.

I went to dinner at 8:10 p.m. I sit outside, waiting for 20 minutes, the waiter sees me and doesn't serve me, I move to the table and he tells me that food cannot be served outside, when a plate had come out to a couple 10 minutes ago I do not recommend the treatment received by the bald waiter, I will not return to this franchise.
My two sons and I visited Prezzo near the waterfront in Bristol on Monday evening 6 May 2024. The three different pizzas we ordered were delicious and the evening was made very enjoyable by Paula who was in charge. She was very attentive, affable and made us feel very welcome, and a shining example of excellent customer service.
Giving 1 star as Stefano lied about the 25% promotion through Meerkat not be available at their restaurant. Then later denying he ever said that and then only applying 20% off food, not 25% of complete bill including drinks. Complaint lodged
It was a lovely experience we had very energetic waiter who was just lovely and so kind. The food was delicious and a very good price I would definitely go here again.

Caspar was friendly (we visited on 11 June), and helpful. Food was tasty and our drinks were different and lovely!
