We have never ever had a bad meal at Prezzo we are a family of 5 who eat at Prezzo often great place for family with kids. Tonight 29th January my husband’s spaghetti bolognaise, pasta was hard and hardly any bolognaise sauce. My pasta and...chicken, chicken was cold pasta was chewy. My sons calzone was not cooked properly, straight away we said to the Waitress you must have a new chef and she replied yes. My youngest son who’s 8 his pizza was fine. We had to leave, we were not charged for our drinks and I was handed a disrespectfully 25% off voucher we should have been offered a free meal. Calzone was undercooked and doughy. On complaining we were given another which was burnt on the bottom. Salmon pasta dish was cold. Another was presented and had 2 small pieces of salmon in it. Shared starter was tiny a piece of bread the size...of my palm with half a tomato on it. Kitchen staff were fooling around. Used Tesco vouchers but if I had to pay full we would have refused. Our service was fine though.

at the beginning we were one of only 3 tables in the restaurant. starter came wrong, late and not at the same time. the mains came wrong, late and not at the same time. desserts were wrong, returned. the service was very poor. groups of...arms at the bar, pulsating keep from everyone, and still only a few tables. bill was blackmailed for what we ordered. we will not be back.

We have been to this branch of Prezzo several times and have always had fantastic service by the lovely Nicole. She is polite, personable, and always remembers little details to ensure we have tailored service. The food is always very good, and the rest of...the staff are always super helpful. We come back here more times than we normally would, because of it!

Good restaurant to take the kids to. It is what it is; reasonably priced satisfactory restaurant with average food and within walking distance from my house.
