Prezzo Kings Lynn

We visited Prezzo this evening for our anniversary. We booked in advance and I made sure to put on the booking that we were celebrating a anniversary, however this did not seem to make any difference at all. It would have been nice if some effort was made in this area, especially when booking the website asked if we were celebrating. It seems point the website asking if the staff do not acknowledge it. We were greeted at the door however it was not a warm welcome. We were offer a small table and I requested a different table as I did not want to be right next to the toilets. The food came quickly. I ordered the pasta arribata and added chicken. The pasta was undercooked. The sauce was so plain and cold it was awful. The sauce was also a weird water consistency so It wasn't sticking to the pasta correctly. It felt like they had just water down tomato sauce. I could not taste any chilli or garlic. My partner had the three meat pizza, he said it was plain and was undercooked also. The staff were unbothered and did not bring any warm energy. I asked to have the aribaita removed from the bill as I did not eat it. They said they would remove it. We had dessert which was nice. I had a 2 free dessert voucher so I used this. The server did remove the desserts however did not remove the aribaita. We Asked about this before we paid, the server lied to our face and said she had removed it. We added it up and she clearly did not remove it. We just wanted to leave so just paid it and left. The restaurant was cold and I could smell cigarettes. This was an awful experience and we will not be returning. We especially did not like being lied to about the pasta dish not being removed. Overall its cheap cold tasteless food and cold lifeless staff

We arrived for our meal that had been booked for 7.30pm. It was a meal with friends so plenty of chatting was planned! We had starters and mains and the food was very nice and service was also good. We were then asked if we wanted desserts and ordered them and some hot drinks. They were served at about 9.20pm. The waitress then came to the table about 2 mins later and said we are closing at 9.30pm so I will bring you the bill!! We had only just started our coffees and desserts. This was an awful way to end a meal and we had no warning of this at all. If they are going to close this early then they should say on booking or at least on arrival as we would have gone somewhere else. Not a great experience at all and we were not the only ones taken by surprise.

Booked a table only to be offers one by the toilet, or by the bar and finally in an isolated cubbyhole. None were acceptable and we ended up having to eat outside. Then for drinks I asked for a beer shandy but they could do that. I then opted for an orange juice but they didn’t have any! In the end I got a bottle of beer and a bottle of lemonade and had to make the shandy myself! Even then they couldn’t supply a large glass! Terrible service.

Prezzos kings lynn offers a range of great authentic Italian food. My wife choose this resteraunt for cleanliness, friendliness and above all fantastic quality food. Once again, they delivered a hundred percent. My wife's ceasar salad and my chicken rigatoni arrabiata with extra red chilli was perfect.

Had lunch today with my daughter , and a friend like the title said no smile from either waiters , pizza was dry and hard , asked for mayonnaise to try and make it better, when I looked at my bill I had been charged for it , it was removed when I questioned it . Do not think I would return
