They failed to send 1 side of chicken and refused to rectify the matter. They said the only way they would consider providing the missing side is if we sent back the whole order. People were already eating so we told them we could not do that. When thelady that came to the phone wasn't helping I asked to speak with manager and they just left me on hold. I will make sure no onefrom this office never orders from them again. The office ordered $95 lunch tipped the delivery guy $10. Epic Fail, Never Again.
You can label it however you prefer, but it feels discriminatory when the person on the phone speaks English yet there are no recordings available in English, nor do they have staff who speak it fluently. This situation is confusing and suggests that their offerings are limited to Spanish. As for the food, the French toast was just dry toast sprinkled with cinnamon. Overall, it’s a mediocre place—I'd rate it a 5 out of 10.
Call it what you want but it?s racist when the person on the phone can?t speak English and can?t accommodate you nor do they have staff that speaks English good. Very expensive for mediocre food. Also, if you order for delivery, be prepared to be asked for a tip by the delivery person even though you tip on your card
