Primo Brick Oven Pizza

Forbearance! Platz is hands down the worst pizza place I've ever experienced. The pizza was undercooked and just plain awful. I ordered delivery tonight, and the pizza looked like it had been tossed around in the box, with the cheese sticking to the top. I even pointed this out to the delivery person, but there's a reason I chose delivery in the first place. I've never seen anyone complain openly about undercooked pizza there in all these years. To make matters worse, the wings were overly salty. I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review if I hadn’t been treated so poorly. I just had to share my experience.

I'll give this restaurant a 4-star rating to show some respect for the cook, as the food was satisfying. However, the woman who answered the phone (I believe her name is Sally, the owner) was quite rude. She lacked basic interpersonal skills and made me feel unwelcome, as if they didn't even want my order. To be honest, I almost just gave up and hung up the phone.

This pizza is fantastic! I frequently order the white pizza with ricotta, which tastes just like boardwalk pizza—huge and with a wonderful crust. The plain pizza is also excellent, featuring a really delicious red sauce.

Be sure to try the mozzarella fries and the Italian Stromboli—they're both fantastic! I also appreciate that their ketchup packets are free of corn syrup. It's those little details that really make a difference! Reserva una mesa ahora

We LOVE your Meatlovers Pizza!!! We travel from 20 min. away just to get it. And LOVE those Jack Daniels Berry Punch cocktails that you guys carry, it's excellent w/ the pizza Keep up the good work!! Thanks

I'm giving a rating of 4 because I can't choose 3.5. The pizza is decent, but it has a lot of dough and could use more flavor. If I'm looking for a quick slice, this place might be worth considering.

try the Mozzarellaries and Italian stromboli delicious! I also like the fact that the ketchup packages they give them do not contain a maissirup. there are small details like this thing!
