Primo Cafe Gelato Llc

BAD customer service and RUDE owner. I ordered something for my lunch break but arrived over an hour late. I work in a secure facility and no food is allowed at desks so I had to refuse the delivery. I explained that when I ordered I set a delivery time for my lunch break and I would not be allowed to take the food in the building. The driver angrily and LOUDLY told me to NEVER order from there again. This sounded absurd so I called to talk to a manger. I then discovered that the driver is the OWNER. The owner of this company repeated himself on the phone saying to never call or order again. I will take his advice while also making sure my family and friends do the same.

The first 3 times I ordered from this place, they got my order wrong each time. This was 3 separate occasions over the course of a whole month. A lot of my co-workers ordered from there regularly but the deliveries were always very late. The food I got always tasted good to their credit, but it was never the item I ordered. It's rather disappointing considering their food tastes pretty good but the service leaves something to be desired.

Horrible customer service. Deliveries are always late and they have messed up my order multiple times. When asked to correct the order, employees get extremely defensive and rude and blame the customer for their mistakes. It is clear they do not care for their customers. Highly dissatisfied, will not be ordering from there again.

I think these negative reviews are a bit biased. We have been ordering lunch from Primo at work for years now. Their food is always great, delivery and customer service are also very professional! That's my 2 cents. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is amazing, every time I order from Primo's the food is fresh and hot. The delivery always shows up on time or little before the eta. I would rate this place a ten if I could. The owners are awesome

Poor customer service very unprofessional , delivery ALWAYS late and when they was aproach about it they said not order from them . GREAT WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.
