"This Primo's location sucks....employees are lackluster and they hardly put any meat on the hoagies...mostly bread and lettuce. If you want a proper hoagie go to the Primo's in Hatboro!"

Excellent quality, but I will not be back after yesterday's visit. Primo size (9 inch) Huagies are now anywhere from $13 to $15. While I prefer Primo's over Jersey Mike's or Wawa, I don't almost pay twice what the competition costs for the same product. I understand that raising prices for recent inflation, but there is no world in which a 9-inch hoagie, a small bag of chips, and a drink should cost over $20.

Ridiculous wait times rude staff answering phone. 20 min wait for 2 hoagies was told ?well maybe if you came in earlier?. Previous order did not go any better, was put on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. Hung up and called back. Placed order for 3 hoagies this time and was told 45 mins. Told them to forget it. Went to wawa! ?.

Had another great taste experience of the authentic Philly cheese steak hoagie. Steak meat was juicy and tender. Hoagie bread tasted awesome as expected in Philadelphia. Amazing! Included ketchup and mayo in it. There are also many side dishes available such as Coleslaw. ???? ????? ???? ??? ??? ??.

Hours show on their website and on Google as being until 9pm. Arrived to order some hoagies at 8:40 and they were already closed and the employees were leaving. They couldn't even be bothered to have a note up that they were closing early for whatever reason.
