When my friend didn?t know my rewards phone number to enter, he cancelled the order. When I returned with him just minutes later to reorder, we were not acknowledged at all, and all FOUR employees were at the prep counter or handing over preordered sandwiches. Instead, we?re told they were no longer taking orders, though we, and another customer, were there well prior to 20 minutes of closing. The disregard displayed is not indicative of quality customer service. Zero stars was not an option, though clearly it would have been my selection.

This Primo location Aston) has really improved since the acquisition of the new owner. My orders were correct and timely. The sandwiches have been well made and they? ve even called me back to confirm my order. Excellent Pescara and Italian.

I wish I could say my sandwich was good. But it wasn't. The tomatoes were old and mealy and the cheese smelled like stinky feet and tasted gross. The customer service when my food was picked up was ok though.

Always great sandwiches from this place. We also had an event by Primo?s of Aston. Never disappointed and always happy with the great food and friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.
