Primo Italia - Reserva de mesa

Fantastic place. The calamari is perfectly battered and tender, and the hint of wine in the mussels really make the appetizer memorable; we had to ask for more bread just for that sauce. Handmade pastas are so delicious. We had lasagna, the bolognese and the strozzapreti. They are flavorful, rich and comforting and you can’t stop smiling as you eat them. All the dishes are prepared with great detail. We also had the pana cotta, tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert. The wait staff are friendly and professional. They would be a top contender if there is such a competition. I have no idea why this place doesn’t have a Michelin star; it should.

Love this place and the food is unparalleled! We got to meet one of the owner and she was charming, informative and shared some experiences while traveling throughout Italy. We had the stuffed zucchini blossoms and the Crostini as appetizers and three different pasta dishes. HIGHLY recommend the truffle pasta and the lemon and mint angel hair which was surprising and delicious. The main dining room was packed (read very noisy) but Primo has a back room which was pleasantly quiet. You absolutely cannot go wrong at Primo. Everything is delectable!!!!

Great atmosphere, the piano musician is amazing she can sing songs from Elton John to Amy Winehouse and more! They bring their. Pizza flour from Italy so their pizza is delicious light not heavy. The Lasagna is very authentic as it has bechamel sauce, the service is great if you don’t want to be by the music they have a back room.
