I've ordered catering from Primos for work several times in the past. Although their catering is on the pricier side, I always felt it was worth the investment. Unfortunately, that is no longer true. We spent nearly $500 for a work meeting, and they failed to include crucial items like plates, napkins, utensils, and dressings. Instead, we received nothing but dry hoagies—no mayo, oil, vinegar, pickles, or peppers. We were supposed to have macaroni salad, but instead got a tiny portion of that along with potato salad. I'm really frustrated with the tip jars and the inconsistent service. It shouldn't be difficult to get a sandwich order right, especially when the place isn't busy. This is exactly why I don't feel inclined to tip when I walk in, pay for my order, and then have to stop my card to clarify things. Mistakes happen too often here! Get it together. It feels like you're just trying to squeeze extra change from customers without offering adequate service. The employees seem unenthusiastic but still expect tips. I paid for my meal, so why should I feel obligated to tip? It's unbelievable! I'm shaking my head in disappointment. What a shame!

Every time you walk into the restaurant, Brad, the owner, welcomes you with a smile. Despite being the owner, he never acts superior to anyone. His staff delivers outstanding customer service and treats you with warmth. When you ask for something extra, they don’t make it feel like a burden—like when you request an additional packet of mayonnaise; they happily provide it! The restaurant is also very clean inside. I not only recommend it to my friends but also to my coworkers.

I went to go get a turkey hoagie and there's no meat they put no meat on your hoagie for the amount of money that you pay for the hoagie do you think you have a Lot of meat you have less meat and more vegetables I would never go to primo hoagie again and no I do not recommend it.. WHAT happened to the East Norriton location??! Very poor customer service, orders always wrong/missing items, nasty attitudes. where are the seeded rolls?? Ownership change? It was never like this before.

The staff was exceptionally rude, the food was merely mediocre, and the establishment wasn't clean. I even witnessed an employee answering the phone and hanging up without uttering a single word.
