This, coupled with the fast and friendly service and generous proportions for cost, make Primo Deli a unique destination in New Milford. While many customers take items to go, a small seating area that was popularly inhabited by regular customers pre COVID is available. The food looks and smells delicious, the staff are friendly, the place is cozy though the tables were not very clean...I ordered a chicken quesadilla to-go and it was awful. The chicken is dry, and there 's no seasoning (not even salt! , and there 's no cheese, yet somehow the entire thing was sopping wet and impossible to pick up by the time I got back to my car. They say there 's a chipotle sauce included which has turned everything a bizarre shade of pink, but I tasted absolutely no flavor coming from anything on this dish. I get that a chicken quesadilla is a pretty basic order but this is just awful. Maybe they put more love into their more authentic plates. Best of luck to them!

Last week, my six-year-old daughter and I had our first visit to this restaurant. Despite being a very picky eater, she absolutely loved the food! I tried the Cabaitto dish and became a fan immediately. The fresh, delicious food and the affordable prices compared to nearby restaurants are what attracted me to this place. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend giving it a try!

ordered a too go plate and added an additional item to my ordered waited 30 minutes for my while the staff attended every other person besides me for their order. never coming back to this place again. the food is sub par to begin with.. Reserva una mesa ahora

Absolutely perfect! The breakfast sandwiches are served hot and made fresh as soon as you order. The staff is very friendly as well. As for parking, you can park right in front or on the side behind the inn or the laundromat.

Literally the best burritos in all of Connecticut.This place needs to be on Food Network for their Chicken Burritos with chipotle sauce.

This place is terrible! Chipotle at the Danbury Mall took me over an hour to get to. I definitely do not recommend it.
