It troubles my spirit to write this review after being a faithful customer for years, but I would be doing a disservice to other Yelpers to not report the gross disrespect from the employee and manager at Prince Kabob. In short, I placed a $142 dinner order, $163 with tip and was excited to go home with my carry out. Upon arriving home 25 mins later I discovered my 2 orders of samosas were not in the bags $8/each). I called and politely notified the employee of the missing items, expecting him to simply credit my debit card. Instead he all but called me a liar and insisted the items were 'in the bags. ' I 'm not going to labor the extensive dialogue over $16 samosas but it was truly unbeliev...

I went to this restaurant with a group of 7 people who wanted combo meals. We asked if we could upgrade the naan bread to garlic, but the staff couldn't figure out how to accommodate our request without wasting 7 naans. They then argued with us about it. I had tried to talk to them about it a few times before, but I was alone at that point so the waste would have been less. In short, because of the terrible service and argumentative attitude, I will never go back to this restaurant again. I was a longstanding customer, but today I lost over $100 and any potential future business with them over a 50 cent garlic naan.

Located in a shopping center off the main road, this small restaurant is a hidden gem worth seeking out. We started with the Channa Chatt, a fresh and spicy dish that set the perfect tone for our meal. I opted for the falafel platter, which featured large, crispy falafel that were tender on the inside. The accompanying sauces were light and refreshing with a nice kick of spice. My husband tried the butter chicken, which had a rich creamy sauce with just the right amount of spice. Paired with naan bread, it was a satisfying and delicious meal. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

This restaurant space has been under various owners, originally Afghan. They specialize in Kabobs but under the new management, they have added a number of Indian dishes. For kabobs, I always have the combo of Chicken Kabob and Kofta Kabob. The Butter Chicken is excellent. The Naan is always hot, fresh from the oven. The food at this restaurant is incredibly authentic and has a cozy, homely feel. I have dined here twice now and each time the food has been fresh and delicious. I wish more people were aware of this hidden gem.

The food was mediocre and nothing special. The service was decent and the staff was very friendly. The location was stunning, but the cleanliness was exceptional. Overall, it was just okay.

It took over 40 minutes to receive our food. The service was extremely poor, as the staff seemed unaware of what was happening. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 out of 5.
