I always enjoy visiting the Prince of Wales Hotel, especially for a day trip in the afternoon. The staff is wonderful, and I usually have a great time. However, I've noticed a change recently. It seems they have a new chef who has developed an obsession with pepper, as it was excessively used on everything at the carvery. I'm not a fan of pepper, and I believe we should have the option to choose whether or not we want it on our food.
