Another great visit to the POW, food was out of this world, guinness was spot on the girls working were attentive as always, one busy on the bar, (I think that her name was spelt wrong the other rushing around clearing tables and talking to diners, and Tom (who i can only assume is the Manager was very helpful, the whole night was running like a well oiled machine, simply amazing, ive seen a lot of changes over the years and honestly feel this place is yet again on the up, thank you guys
Great looking pub, everything i would want but left early due to absolutely shocking service, was told 2 mins by several bar staff, in a pretty empty bar, waited 17minutes for a second drink and after food and no one came, i was the only person on my side of the bar.some Of the regulars also said you will be lucky to get a drink in a jokey way so clearly it is an issue. Wont be returning which is a shame as everything else seemed decent!
Went for a bit of lunch with a few friends, was greeted by the manager(Karina) and her lovely colleague the one with the different coloured shoes! The food was lovely and was delivered by the lovely Leeanne, we only had picky bits but it hit the spot for sure! Has a great garden to chill and catch some rays while socialising with friends will definitely be back
Was greeted by the amazing bar staff- (Karina) the manager who served me and my family, she even got my dog a bowl of water and a bit of sausage from the kitchen. Which was such an amazing greeting. She was very helpful and speedy with our drinks. Food was amazing I had one of the flat breads! Couldn’t recommend a better pub. Reserva una mesa ahora
the Staff were friendly and served us . But I was not happy with the Cheese and Bacon burger as it had 1 small piece of Bacon. The burger was not cooked long enough and too soft for my liking.. Also the Biscoff Cheesecake was too soggy and tasted like a New York cheesecake .
