I have been a loyal customer of Prince Pizza for many years, and I've genuinely tried to give the new owners a fair chance multiple times. Unfortunately, I've only faced disappointment. The front staff often appears unengaged, as if they’re in their own world. They also seem to overcharge for every item on the menu. The woman at the front seems perpetually confused and unaware of what’s happening. I’m really not impressed with the new ownership and am quite disappointed.
The customer service was awful. The woman who is a co-owner showed a really unpleasant attitude and was not friendly at all! Today, it happened to be raining, so I asked her for a plastic bag. She rolled her eyes at me, shoved my food order towards me, and then walked away. It was genuinely rude. If she’s a co-owner, that really reflects poorly on her professionalism, which is non-existent! This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place!
This pizzeria serves its purpose, but it's nothing particularly remarkable. This corner location has hosted a pizzeria for quite some time, and honestly, the location seems to be its main draw. There are several pizzerias within just a few blocks on Avenue U, but this one offers a nicer view compared to the others. If you're into sports, you might catch some games playing on TV, or you can also choose to sit by the window and people-watch as you eat.
This pizzeria gets the job done, nothing special tbh. This corner spot has had a pizzeria for a long time. The location is the only thing keeping it going. There are pizzarias every few blocks on Avenue U, this does have a better view than the others due to the location. as I Paid For my wholeOrder and than when I’m leaving they tell me they didn’t charge for a soda as everyone is trying to scheme everybody out of something and we’re rude, obnoxious and unprofessional as there’s crushed pepper flying everywhere..! I’d Stay Away from this pizzeria..!!Vegetarian options: Very weak vegetarian options..!!
Honest family run business that makes really good pizza. I use to order from here when it was still called Prince Pizza and now the quality hasn’t changed, actually better and now open on Sundays!
Sorry to say my favorite Prince Pizza is not there anymore it is Roma Pizza and very disappointed I wish I knew what happened to them!
Really nice and comfy place has a big window we’re you can sit at and there’s a lot of conditioning so it’s not hot and the pizza is Reserva una mesa ahora
