I ordered a custom cake for a special occasion for my son. Carmen was a perfectionist and did an amazing job on the cake. Not only was it perfection to look at, it was delicious. Everyone loved it. It was my favorite cake, a funfetti with vanilla buttercream, heavenly. My only negative thought is that I didn’t get a bigger cake. Thank you so much for making this occasion even better.FYI they give a police discount. I will order all my cakes from there just for that reason. Supporting our Police. Thank you Princess Bakery.

What a what a disappointment a 2 pound tray of butter cookies ....you would've been better off buying cookies from shoprite cookies ! PRINCESS BAKERY ON HICKSVILLE ROAD IS A RIP OFF AND absolutely terrible they used sugar cookies not even butter cookies. there's no Rainbow cookies ? Absolutely terrible you lost my business , too bad you didn't do the right thing for Christmas !

I just bought a $35 cake for my child's birthday. The cake was like 98 percent frosting and like 2% cake it was horrible

Place is going down hill after the new owners bought it. Cakes don't taste fresh and my favorite jelly doughnut suck.
