Princess Cafe - Reservar una mesa

This is a very nice place to visit while at the Princess Twin theatre or in the area. It's one of those places where people hang out to talk over a coffee or work on their computers. In fact, in the annexed space next door, all but one of the tables were occupied by computer-users, making it difficult for people with food (like us) to find a place to sit. Still, it's comfort food, nice pastries, coffee and a good window to watch the people go by. Handily, you can take your food into the theatre and eat it there. Our paninis sounded better than they tasted, and they were served with no garnish on the plate, so...not particularly attractive. However, at 12.99, they were $2 cheaper than paninis...

Princess Café has an unmatched vibe that makes it the perfect place to hangout with friends or even study in peace. Onto what I ordered! Wanting to try something unique, I got the yamwich, with the filling consisting of sweet potatoes, spinach, red onion, basil pesto, and brie. Utterly delicious, the basil pesto paired unexpectedly well with the brie. The sweet potato that the sanwich was named after was incredibly soft and filling. However, despite how delectable it was, I felt it did not justify the $12 cost I might have preferred a more generous portion based on how much I paid. The coffee is not the best but I think the grilled cheese I had was really good.The annex part is a great place to study as its really quiet and has a lot of spacious tables, but they are very strict with making you buy something if you’re there. If you don’t keep your cups they might think you’re not a customer and tell you to leave or show them proof of purchase.

This is a wonderful cafe to spend time in. I've had their California veggie sandwich and it is really good. Also had their hazelnut latte and it is one of the better lattes you will find in Waterloo region. I definitely look forward to spending more time here, especially in the winter I'm pretty sure it's going to be cozy .

Cafe attached to an independent theatre and perched on a busy uptown square where one can sit and people watch. Sandwiches are really yum we tried the California Veggie. They have the theatre and an annex to sit next door. Definitely a Waterloo gem this one! ?

Located next to the theatre.Visited this place with my relative and I had a vegetarian cheese yamwich which was awesome with the right amount of cheese.They even had table service(but you have to go to the counter and place an order).The ambience was good.

Princess Cafe is an amazing spot to get a bite to eat! They have a variety of veggie options for those who desire that. This is also a great place to pick up a couple of craft beers from their bottle shop.

Good food. The hot chocolate was on point. We missed the Italian hot chocolate since it was sold out .The California veggie paini was good and easy to eat.

The cafe has a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, making it a great place to relax ,got the scallops and lamb risotto. Amazing flavour !

Anybody who visits Waterloo should come here to check out the Godfather Panini. Super delicious. The London Fog was also good.
