During my first trip to NYC, I can't claim to be an expert on New York pizza, but I had a positive experience. I visited soon after the restaurant opened, so the pizza was fresh and tasty. It wasn't as crispy as Joe's, which I'd had the day before, but overall, I thought it was quite good. While I noticed some negative reviews, my experience was quite different. The location is close to the World Trade Center memorial, which added to the authentic New York vibe. The prices were comparable to other places, unless you opt for premium toppings, which can push a slice into the $6 range. I went for the pepperoni, priced at $4.50 per slice. They also have a clean restroom, which is a nice bonus.
First time in the city and my hubby and I tried it, we loved it! I got the pasta and meatballs and my husband got the pizza(both were excellent)! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was what you would expect of a NYC resturaunt, especially near the WTC! Will definitely be back when we visit again!
I like dive bars and pizza shops so decided to give this a try. It was later in the evening and the pizza had obviously been sitting for a while. However gave it a try. The overall nothing special. I left unsatisfied and ended up walking around the corner to find another pizza place (Hank’s) which was much better.
It wasn't too bad. They made me a gluten-free pizza, so I can't complain. While it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had and the seating could use a good cleaning, it wasn't terrible either. Overall, it was decent.

Best Pizza of my Life!!!! This was a delicious pizza and gave my friends and I serotonin boost that we needed to walk through the cold snow tonight. The workers were very kind hearted and very nice. 10/10

New York Pizza at its finest. Crust got a little overcooked during the reheat. But other than it's a Quaint place, friendly staff. Reasonable price..

If you prefer to take it easy, this is a decent choice when you're really hungry and can't wait for better alternatives!
The restaurant is small and quite crowded. The food was fairly basic, but it was satisfactory for a quick meal.
