1st off I order from Pronto on a regular basis. I order thru Slice app. I can't count how many times the driver has forgotten my soda and I am normally ok with him going back to store and getting it. Tonight they forgot my soda amd my extra blue cheese. I paid for both these things. I had already told the driver about my soda and then realized after he left I was missing the extra blue cheese. I called the store and the gentleman who answered asked someone there and tried to imply that they gave me extra blue cheese. It was definitely not in order. I'd give Pronto a 4 star... they have good food, hoagies are great. Pizza is good. But if you order off grubhub be careful. I ordered a chicken Italiano sub on grubhub, says round roll with fries and a pickle. I only got the sub and it was on a long roll, no fries or pickle. The delivery driver had no idea of anything, told me to call the restaurant. (Driver worked for the restaurant not a grubhub driver) the gentleman i spoke with was saying it was grubhubs fault... which doesn't make sense. I've ordered several times from Pronto off grubhub before with no issues, I've always seen that combo available but never ordered it before. I ordered a 12-inch pepperoni pizza, well done, hoping for that nice crisp when you bite into it. Unfortunately, the pizza had the flavor of stale dough. I also got mozzarella sticks, but they weren't good either. Overall, the food was quite disappointing.
I highly recommend this place for good, affordable, and dependable food. It's my favorite spot for lunch in town. The pizza is fantastic! The lunch specials are such a great deal that it's hard to resist them.

Seriously hands down the best pizza shop around there pepperoni pizza gets me every time there isn?t hard or burnt I like my pizza cheesy but not over doing it. Klearly the best pizza in town

Great great great pizza! We enjoy the white pizza with broccoli, tomatoes and ricotta, yum yum yummy! Always delivers hot!
We bought the large pizza with extra sauce, it was delicious and the wings and potatoes are very good, I recommend it.
