I love Publik, but want to offer a warning about parking here- especially for the awesome Strength in Shades event and other events.If their small lot is full, try street parking in front of Publik or on the street closer to the highway.There's a parking lot nearby that's almost empty, and its signage said it was good for customers of establishments, plural, so I assumed it would be okay since I was visiting a couple businesses all in that area. I popped in here one day to do a little remote work and they're a pretty good spot to plug in. It's super spacious (I didn't realize there was an upper level at first), WiFi is great, and there's a fair amount of outlets. They have some great looking pastries/toasts, food smelled amazing, but I was boring and just had an oat milk latte. I was very happy with the drink and quality of their espresso. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Publik with my local coffee place I go to if I want to treat myself to a caffeinated drink other than a good morning moka pot, or if I simply want to get out and work from a public setting.The atmosphere is relaxed, it is a delightful place to go to and shelter from the summer heat.The staff is always friendly and I truly appreciate the small glass of sparkling water that comes with an espresso.

A nice, relaxing coffee shop to get me started on my vacation in Salt Lake City. The staff was helpful and friendly. My strawberry jam and goat cheese toast was delicious as was the coffee.Vegetarian options: It was mostly pastries and toasts with plenty of options for non-meat eaters.

Friendly service, great coffee, and a cool atmosphere. Publik coffee roasters was a real treat. I loved their upstairs seating area, they Do a darn fine cup of coffee, super tasty cortados.Vegetarian options: Avocado toast, oatmeal, various pastries, bagels, vegan cookies.

One of the best coffee shop atmospheres for working outside of home, in my opinion. Lots of places to sit. It can get noisy every now and then, depending on the time of day. Great coffee. Great pastries. Love that you can buy some beans to brew at home too. Will be back!

A great spot that's open until 6pm on a Sunday, yay! The coffee was really great and the chocolate chip cookie was super tasty. The clementine cake was also fresh and great flavour definitely worth visiting!

Great coffee plus a very open and spacious environment. Definitely a great place to hang out with friends and chat! They even got glass door rooms if you need a more quiet space to work!

Pretty cool place! Their Brie with apples is good and their food is pretty. Nice place for a date or a secret meeting to plan a heist because no one else pays attention to you.

Nice especialty coffee. Good merch, beans and espresso bar menu. Good prices and i recommended the nitro coldbrew.
