Qdoba Mexican Eats

the food was great, but I am upset because I ordered a side of queso that was a tiny container that was barely halfway filled when it is usually a larger size and filled up. the manager called on to ask about it and they “can’t find my order” (if I told her my name several times and that it was ordered/created less than an hour ago, so a very recent order) and then hanged on to me and so I called her back and she hanged on me again. was not on the look for a bad evaluation to write, but I am just annoying that she was not friendly and/or understanding

The food is typical Qdoba which is fine. But this restaurant screws up my order 90% of the time. Twice they delivered food without the protein. When I called they said they were out of it. What? Why not call me? It's always missing something... guacamole, lettuce, the tortilla shell, etc. Don't like beans? They'll throw them in anyway. I like the food better here but it's Chipotle for now on since they screw up less and they are across the street.

Reliable spot that serves tasty food at a great price. My favorite fast food joint in town. Some of my typical orders include Adobo Chicken bowls, salads, or burritos with a side of chips queso. Never disappoints they always get the orders correct, which as a picky person who makes adjustments a lot, appreciates! They are so consistent one time I ordered delivery- they came to my house in 10min!!! Unbelievable service 10/10 :

I came in today, a regular customer and there was a new male manager working the line. He was DEMEANING to his female employees. Kept commenting are you going to leave it there etc. The female employee at the head of the line who has worked there for years looked uncomfortable and disrespected. This is NOT TOLERABLE.

I was new in this business and wanted to try, but the personal couldn't explain which content they sold. I felt they rushed me, but I was new and not a profi to order so that I felt bad.

they close before the planned time, then they do not let people in. careless staff needs a normal manager.
