I ordered a 3 taco combo with soft corn tortillas for dine in.I sat down to eat them and the tortillas were right out of a package. They were not warmed, steamed, grilled, etc. They ripped when the taco is folded. Truly disgusting.I immediately took the order to the front and told the woman that served me that these tortillas have not been warmed or anything. She just shrugged her shoulder, said “oh”, and turned her back to me. No offer to warm them or somehow make it better.This is a really basic thing. You just don’t take corn (or flour) tortillas out of a package and give them to a customer.I just left the order on the table and left the restaurant in disgust. I am out $13.87 since I was...
When I walked in there was no one in the restaurant and two workers behind the counter. They knew I was there because they mentioned a customer was walking in. One worker turned her back to me when I was at the counter and walked away. She then sneezed near the food and didn’t cover her mouth.The other worker finally provided me with service.The food tasted good and was an ample serving.Whoever owns this location should look at the video and provide training to the employees or replace them. There’s lots of choices of places to eat nearby. I will never go back to this location
I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but unfortunately, the 3-cheese queso chips were not up to par today. This dish is usually my favorite and I prefer it over most, but on this visit, it was barely warm, grainy, and lacked flavor. It was also much thicker than usual. Perhaps it was just a one-time issue? I will still continue to dine here, but I hope I don't encounter another subpar batch of queso.
Oh my God! go here go here go here go here! If you are tired of Chipotle and you want some Tex-Mex like food, go here! You get so much more toppings! I would have took a picture of how good that stuff looked but I was hungry! I'll try and grab a picture next time.Update: I went back to use my coupon for a free side and they have the best queso in the game!

Absolutely amazing! The quality and flavor are consistently fantastic! The Mini Bowl is actually quite large, not sure why it's called "mini"! :o) The queso is the best, with fresh and crispy tortilla chips, always a hit with me and my family! Definitely a winner!
Since the restaurant closest to my home had closed down, my family and I didn't want to miss the opportunity to dine here while we were in the area. The food was delicious - it was so good that even my 6-year-old daughter finished all of her meal!
The food at this restaurant is excellent, but I find it frustrating that the employees sit and eat their lunches where the customers dine, while loudly using their phones and FaceTime. This behavior has prompted me to take my business elsewhere.
Nico’s customer service was amazing! I came in the store, he immediately stopped what he was doing to assist me, he was kind, polite gave recommendations. I loved it from start to finish. Thank you Nico! Great job Qdobas for excellent staff.

I prefer to place my order in person at this restaurant because they tend to forget things when delivering. It bothers me that they don't pay attention and follow the instructions on the sticker.
