Customer care complaint# Q2798 So I ordered bowl online for pickup during lunch. After picking up and coming back to work I found that they just gave me rice with some salad without any beans or sauces. Now sure how they expect me to eat just boiled rice. After complaining store manager mentioned he'll send a meal card to my address. On following up after 2 weeks when nothing came, he mentioned that since last time he couldn't send, he'll now send me 3 meal card. N guess what, same thing continued. They never sent anything and stopped responding to emails. Pathetic service and customer care response from Store Manager.
This is probably the worst Qdoba in New Jersey. First of all, their bowls always fall apart and your left with a ton of ingredients in your bag. The food is borderline sickening, and tasteless regardless of what you get. Management has went downhill, and employees are not a pleasure to work with. One time I asked for a little more Sour Cream, and the employee splattered a huge gulp to spite my request. This qdoba is pretty much terrible, I just opt for Chipotle 6 minutes away.
Bought a burrito, cost me 17 dollars!!!! For one burrito!! The woman making it was nice but she put a literal cat?s portion of shrimp on there. I asked her to put extra (which is why it cost more but still $17)? it was by far the worst burrito I?ve ever had. And it?s only this location, other Qdoba locations have much better tasting food. I couldn?t even finish the burrito because of how bad it was. First ever day on campus for the next four years, but never coming back.
The two ladies were extremely unprofessional, bickering back and forth on who was going to take my order. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for the manager to take my order since at that point they were screaming on top of their lungs, throwing threats at one another. However, in annoyance, the manager ended up putting the entire avocado skin with the sticker into my bowl. I am disgusted.

I'm very pleased with the service at Qdoba. I called to place a DoorDash order and spoke with a woman who was incredibly helpful. I asked her to add extra mild sauces since it was almost a vegan bowl, and she gladly accommodated my request. I'm really happy with my experience and now have a great reason to choose Qdoba over Chipotle. Thank you once again, Qdoba!
I'm giving the two stars because the food is good. But... I visited this establishment about a month ago around 20-30 minutes before the new closing time (7:30PM). I noticed staff were inside and a couple individuals were eating, but the door was locked. The staff glanced at me (from the counter) but no one bothered to respond. Quite disrespectful.
The food was incredibly delicious, and the portion size was very generous, making it worth the price in my opinion. The avocados for the side of guacamole weren't quite at their best, but considering I ordered an hour before closing, I understand they were likely winding down for the night.
1 out of 3 of my orders were prepared incorrectly. The base was correct but the toppings (ex queso and lettuce) were missing. Make sure you take a picture of the food when it arrives and dispute immediately or DoorDash will not provide a partial refund.

The Create Your Own Bowl and Side of Mexican Street Corn were quite good, but everything was served cold. Unfortunately, the Create Your Own Tacos were disappointing; they fell apart in the containers and had minimal ingredients to start with.
Qdoba is my absolute favorite. I love that they have a plant based option and the portions are huge! I order it almost everyday
