This place is a joke over priced food all the same rolls just different things on the side and they all are drenched in the same sauce so you cant even taste the roll, the teriyaki chicken is gross there's no sauce on the chicken and just put the teriyaki sauce on top and just pord a hole bottle of sauce on it, like come on it's not that hard I've worked at a sushi place for 3 years and it just atrocious about how much sauce they put on everything I recommend you never go here and go up the street to sushi hami WAY better Just kinda mind boggling about how much sauce they put on it and every roll is the same it's just a variation of dynamite rolls just trouble

The resturant may be hidden away, but if you love excellent sushi, you will find it and be glad you did. The prices are very reasonable, portions above par, staff friendly and right on their toes in anticipating your needs, but, most of all the taste and freshness of the food is what is going to bring you back again and again. I recommend the Bento Box of course because that is my favorite, but they do offer a wide variety of other options to choose from. Enjoy.

Qualicum beach sushi was absolutely phenomenal!!! My girlfriend and I had such a delicious lunch there last week. Everything from the rolls to the tempura, miso soup, chicken teriyaki etc.. were absolutely unreal! I really hope the community of Qualicum supports this restaurant to the fullest. I hope it’s still here when I’m back. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

One star, for ... not sure. Came in 8pm, no one served us??? So we asked for tea. It was cold. Served by the dishwasher. Two other couples in the restaurant before we arrived; both had to get up and ask for 'to go ' containers. It was 8:40 when we asked for a refill tea. We were told no. They close at 9pm. This restaurant has made me feel great shame. I did something no man my age should ever do. I took a photo of my food.Beautiful presentation, absolutely spectacular taste. Can't wait to try the rest of their specialty items, because the Salmon Mountain was exquisite.
