The soup stocks at this Vietnamese Vegetarian / Vegan restaurant are incredibly tasty. The chef lets slip that she makes the stock with over 10 herbs, spices and other ingredients, all vegan of course. What's also interesting is that the restaurant doesn't use any monosodium glutamate (MSG), garlic or onions in the soup stock (or any of the other dishes made in the kitchen). I got some take away Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Faux Beef Noodle Soup) for my friends one time and they thought it was one of the best Bun Bo Hue stocks they had ever tasted. the suppencies in this Vietnamese vegetarian vegan restaurant are incredibly delicious. the chef can slip that it passed with more than 10 crumbling, seasoning and other ingredients, naturally vegan. It is also interesting that the restaurant does not use monosodium glutamat (msg,) garlic or wobble in the suppenbestand (or other dishes made in the kitchen). Entró cuando estuvo a las 7 pm en una noche del jueves, la camarera comenzó con el paquete y se ofreció a servirnos. Como grupo de 2, vinimos el Bun Bo Hue (fideos picantes) y el bollo Mang Vit (pato, sopa de bambú, con fideos vermicelli). when they were closed on Thursday night at 19 o'clock, the waitress began to serve us. as group of 2 we have ordered the bunge bo hue (spicy nudeln) and the bung mang vit (cover, bambus soup with vermicelli nudeln). the portion sizes were huge, we fought to finish both gigantic bowls of the hearty hot suppe. the broth was delicious, very similar to those made from black or bark bones and even tasting better. the waitress also added a small plate of grapes as dessert on the house that is always a plus. the 10-15 waiting time and friendly service made the whole dining room experience amazing, so I would definitely come back to try other dishes. Fui aquí para comer con mi madre después de un largo día difícil de compras de comida, jajaja. Aparentemente, el lugar cambió algunas veces la administración, pero todavía está bajo el mismo templo budista. La comida era agradable un poco dulce, pero nada de salsa de soja no puede reparar, y el precio era barato y las porciones enormes. ¡También nos dieron postre de sagú complementario y nos habían tan hermoso!
Went here to eat with my mum after a long hard day of grocery shopping lol. Apparently the place changed management a few times but is still under the same Buddhist temple. The food was nice a little bit sweet but nothing soy sauce can't fix and the price was cheap and the portions HUGE. They also gave us complementary sago dessert and had were so nice!
