Quatro Asian Bistro

I visited this restaurant for dinner on Saturday night with a group of six. We ordered several dishes, including Pad Thai, Laksa, yellow curry, and Tom Yum soup. Unfortunately, none of these dishes had much flavor beyond being spicy. I love Thai food and have tried it at many different places, but this restaurant, which offers a variety of international dishes, lacked the distinctiveness that sets each dish apart. Given the glowing reviews I read on Yelp, I was surprised by the quality of the food. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're familiar with Thai and other Asian cuisines.

I visited this restaurant with my family on a Sunday for a late lunch. It had a quiet and clean atmosphere, and the food was fantastic. The menu offered an excellent variety of options from different Asian cultures, and the prices were quite reasonable. The portion sizes were just right. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again. My husband particularly enjoyed the 'sawsawan' and even purchased some to take home! I ordered the chicken BBQ, while he chose the sizzling sisig.

The restaurant offers a diverse menu with 70% Filipino food and 30% Asian fusion dishes. I really appreciate the variety of options available here. The Halo Halo was delicious, although it had a bit too much ice. The Thai curry was excellent, and the Pork Sisig was good, though slightly on the salty side. It reminded me of the way we make it in Cebu. If you're looking to satisfy your craving for Filipino food while in Canmore, this is definitely the place to visit!

What an incredible experience! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. They offer halal beef and chicken options. We tried the seafood pad Thai, beef sizzlers, and chicken tenders with fries, and we were absolutely not disappointed! Our server was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The flavor is excellent. The BBQ beef, a traditional Korean dish, has a slightly sweet taste that I really enjoyed. I highly recommend the steak; it's very juicy. However, the rice was just average. The yellow curry chicken is also quite tasty.

Amazing food! It was so delicious and the waitress was so kind, the place was so big and pretty too. The food was also not that expensive and the wait wasn't too long. Would definitely recommend this place!

The Filipino food here is absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend trying the crispy pata and the pork belly.

Wish we found this place earlier. They have authentic Asian food. Their sisig was perfect!! Would definitely go back again!
