Really poor food, kept hearing the microwave going from the kitchen, son had kids 'pizza ' which turned out to be a couple of bits of baguette with melted cheese and a slice of tomato on. Awful deep fried roast potatoes and overcooked vegetables. We booked a table for Sunday evening meal, were put on a table where whilst waiting for food the television was turned on right above our table showing football fine in a bar but not when eating out and nobody even asked if we minded. Had to move tables so that we didn 't have to sit with everyone staring over our heads at the television whilst we were eating. My wife, me and our choc lab stayed last weekend and had a great time. Despite being very busy all the staff where very friendly, the food excellent value and rooms spot on. Covid controls in place and rooms well turned out. Special thanks to the bar staff and the great chef who served two excellent breakfasts. The location speaks for itself. Get yourself there, you won't be disappointed.
The Sunday lunch lamb at this restaurant was neither the most affordable nor the highest quality. The Yorkshire pudding was delicious, but the vegetables were undercooked and dry, the gravy was watery and tasteless, and there was a significant amount of fat on the meat, so I ended up giving it to my dog. The presentation was pleasant, but overall, it did not meet my expectations.
The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly. This was the best pub parmo I have ever had (and I've had a lot!). They were very welcoming to our two pugs. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you. 5 stars.

Lovely venue, Food amazing and friendly service , wide range of drinks. Dog friendly We sat outside with our tribe of dogs it was great. WiFi wasn’t great but we can’t have everything . Will be back again soon .
I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and exceptional service. I would definitely return if I am in the area again.
