I’ve had a package (or three) of savory rugelach in my freezer for months, just waiting for the right moment. Last night, I finally decided to bake the Caramelized Onion, Blue Cheese, and Walnut Rugelach—and the aroma was amazing. The golden, crispy crust was perfect. The flavor! The little caramelized bits! Everything was outstanding. I can’t wait to eat a ton more! Thank you for creating such a delicious savory treat!
