Quickway Japanese Hibachi

The cashier asked me what type of rice I wanted, and I specified white rice with noodles. She confirmed my order, but when I started eating, I realized there was no rice, despite having been charged for it. Since I hadn't left the parking lot yet, I went back inside to resolve the issue. I showed my receipt and requested the missing rice. To my astonishment, she attempted to charge me for the rice again. After already billing me for it, she claimed that they don’t serve both rice and noodles, which is entirely false. I’ve been a customer here for years! Moreover, the carrots I received were green on the outside, which was quite unappealing.

I had an amazing fast food hibachi experience! The spring rolls were crispy on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. The sushi rolls were filled with plenty of protein. I personally enjoyed the noodles served with the hibachi, while my family preferred the fried rice. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetables in the stir-fried mix, moving beyond just cabbage – they've really made progress in that aspect!

I ordered the spicy crab and shrimp sushi roll, and it was outstanding. For my main course, I chose beef with noodles and spring rolls. When my order was called, I was offered teriyaki sauce for my entree, and I also sampled a delicious sauce they refer to as "yum yum sauce." The beef and noodles were fantastic. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

We were looking for a quick and convenient dinner option, and this place certainly delivered. After finishing our meal, I checked the Google reviews. Honestly, you get exactly what you pay for—fast food. The staff was friendly, the food was freshly made, and everyone had a good time with their meal. Expectations are key! This isn’t a high-end hibachi restaurant, but it was just what I anticipated—and even better! The Chicken Hibachi was delicious and still warm, even after a nearly 20-minute drive. My sister really enjoyed the Spicy Crab Shrimp Roll (8 pieces). Although I'm not from this area, I would definitely eat here again. It really hit the spot!

Regarding vegetarian options, they offer tofu, avocado cucumber rolls, and veggie rice. The restaurant isn't particularly kid-friendly, and parking is quite limited, accommodating only three or four restaurants. However, it is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to get in and out. For those with dietary restrictions, rice and vegetables are available.

The high chair was poorly made and felt flimsy. My daughter is nearly three and normally uses a booster seat, but they didn’t have one available. If she were younger, I would have concerns about its safety. Overall, I might consider returning for takeout.

The food was very disappointing; it tasted stale and was served cold. The sushi was particularly bad—it was not fresh at all and had an awful flavor.
