The young cashier, who couldn't be older than 21, charged me for two sandwiches instead of one. After I received my refund, she asked me to pay again right away. When I refused because I didn't want to be charged $30 for a sub combo, she became visibly loud and upset. I explained that refunds to cards take 4 to 5 business days before the money is available. Honestly, if she had been a man or looked more mature, I might have confronted her differently. If you can't handle a simple order in an empty restaurant without getting an attitude, maybe you should consider a different job.
They need to work on their customer service. It’s like they couldn’t care less if they made money or not. When I got here at 11:30 on a Thursday no other customer would we in the store. They had 4 workers behind the register and they still ignored me until they were done chatting even though I was the only one in there. While they were making my sandwich a man stood behind me in line to get a sandwich but after a few moments of no one speaking to him he left. When he left they acted surprised as to why. No one spoke to him. Duh
Haven't been to a Quiznos in years so I was hoping it wouldn't disappoint (being I would ho once or twice a week in college??)I must say Thank You to the staff! My sub was made exactly as I like it. It was delicious and the taste was spot on to what I remembered. Location was very clean, worked fast and the prices have increased a small bit but worth it considering the amount of meat you get on the subs. Would ho again for sure.
If I could put 0 stars I would. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. When asked if she could remake my sandwich because it burned while being toasted she raised her voice and said all of the bread is the same. We came in 30 minutes before closing so I guess she was ready to go, but you never know how someone’s day is going. So please treat people with kindness.

I’m always excited to find a Quiznos. I’m from AZ and they are not there anymore. This is my absolute favourite sandwich shop. This one didn’t disappoint. Friendly service and made my sandwich perfectly. I always get the angus with peppercorn sauce and a side of au jus. Delicious. I’ll be back next time in Houston.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I was initially hesitant because of the negative reviews, but I was warmly greeted at the door by two friendly staff members—an older gentleman and a woman—who were incredibly kind and attentive. My order arrived perfectly, and I will definitely be returning!
