The restaurant has a traditional New York pizza square vibe, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I tried the Meatball Sub and Chicken Parmesan, both of which were decent. While the flavors were enjoyable, the mozzarella cheese used wasn't quite right for authentic New York pizza and subs. It seemed like a pre-packaged, pre-shredded mozzarella blend, rather than cheese that comes in blocks and needs to be shredded fresh. The key difference is that the pre-shredded variety often has corn starch mixed in, which affects its texture. There's a guaranteed delight waiting for you at Racanelli's in St. Peters. I've been visiting this restaurant for years with friends, family, and colleagues. Every time, I'm welcomed by warm, dedicated staff and excellent customer service. The food is always fresh and delicious, never failing to satisfy my cravings. Today was no exception. I enjoyed prompt, high-quality service, punctuated by a cheerful "thank you, see you next time!" that perfectly capped off my lunch. Racanelli's consistently delivers great food and service!

The pizza was delicious! The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. It's not the kind of place for a fancy night out, but it's perfect for grabbing a slice. I do wish the prices were a bit lower and that the cleanliness could be improved. There was some food leftover under the tables, and the tables themselves weren't thoroughly wiped down.

I'm always looking for the best New York pizza in St. Louis, and I think I found my new favorites. The slices are huge, undercarrier and crust is super crisp. You can really taste the freshness of sauce and mozzarella cheese. Can't wait for the football season and Racanelli's pizza. I highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff. The location in St. Peters is one of only two remaining, along with the ones in Kirkwood and Webster Groves. They serve excellent New York-style pizza. I'm not sure how Dave Portnoy would rate it, but it's definitely worth a visit.

Five stars simply aren't enough—I'd give it six! This is the best pizza around. Henry and his team consistently provide top-notch quality and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

After moving away, I recently visited the Webster Groves location. As always, the pizza was delicious, but I was disappointed with the Racanelli's chef salad.
