This hotel was one of the worst we've stayed in. Check in went very smoothly, and the middle aged gentleman was very friendly : When we got to the room, we couldn't believe our eyes. The entire room was dirty, literally everything. There was dust above the bed on the skirting board as far as the eye could see. The curtain in the room was also broken and hanging down on one side. The minibar hadn't been cleaned in a while, and there were stains on the refrigerator that indicated a spilled drink. The furniture itself was very old, worn, and damaged. Unsere Rezession wird leider nicht so gut ausfallen. Die Gründe hierfür werden gleich genannt. Zuerst jedoch das LOB an alle Mitarbeiter. Jeder ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Poolbereich ist Top. Kritik 1: Wir buchten unsere Reise über Touridat. Tolles Angebot. Wir reisten mit Baby 10 Monate an. Fast 2 Monate vor Reisebegin baten wir um ein Babybett da wir eine 6 stündige Anfahrt hatten und um 19Uhr eine Reservierung im Restaurant. Wir kamen um 17Uhr im Hotel an wollten das Baby ins Babybett legen um dann uns auch in Ruhe fertigzumachen. An der Rezeption fragte ich nochmal nach, ob das Babybett schon auf dem Zimmer stehen würde. Dies wurde mir bestätigt. Im Zimmer angekommen nicht...
Nightmare! With disgusting smell! More details: 8-9th June, Augustus villa, room 7202. You will recieve the official review in Booking.com, because our reservation is made by them! We booked standard room in Radisson, but we got a terrible place like in pension home. Old, ugly, smelly, dirty building with old, smelly, ugly, dirty rooms. This is not a 4 stars hotel!
Friendly staff. That's the best part. The room and fridge were both too warm for comfort. Opened a window and started the fan. The fan fell over due to a broken stand, so we balanced it for the night. For the price, I would expect a better breakfast; free pool/spa access and parking. Would prefer a key card over the 2kg brass key fob.

Warning: Do not book this hotel if it is hot outside. Just dont. The aircondition only works well in some rooms. We were lucky to be able to change room, hence, the three stars. Also, In some rooms with large windows, the windows can not be opened. Hallways become like saunas. Rooms are as such well equipped.
We highly recommend the location and hotel. There's a wonderful restaurant with a view nearby on the hill; be sure to make a reservation well in advance. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant; it was excellent for all ages, and it was easy to choose between a buffet and a la carte. Kudos to the entire team!
Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, etwas ausserhalb von Dresden nah dem tollen Weinberg der Region Radebeul. Schwimmbecken, Sauna, Fitness uvm.bringt Entspannung u Abwechslung. Frühstück sehr lecker. Alles da zum Schmaus. Familienzimmer möglich.
Etwas enttäuscht, die Zimmer sind an sich ganz gut. Bis auf das Bad da hat es sehr nach Abfluss gerochen. Schade fand ich auch das man als Gast nochmal 5€ pro Person für den Hotel Pool zahlen muss.
