Yes. I physically stayed here. Yes. I gave it a 5 star review. Why? After seeing all the horrible reviews? Because I have never seen a harder working staff than we had during our stay. Our group rented the hotel for 2 nights. We aren't always an easy group to accommodate because there is usually alcohol and music. We party with a purpose. Was our room perfect. No. No it was not. But it was clean. We did have hot water. We did have towels and our bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. Do they need to upgrade. This hotel is a zero stars! It was like the bates hotel. Front door had caution tape around it, lobby area was dirty and uninviting staff was unprofessional. Got checked in against my better judgment, got into the elevator for it to be all jittery up to the 9th floor. Get into the room and it was so nasty and outdated! The floor hadn't been vacuumed, sheets on bed were dirty (stains all over them) bugs in the Window and on the bed frame, thick layer of dust, window glass was so dirty you could hardly see out it. We stayed there on 4/23/2022 and it was the worst ever. In our first room, the keys didn't work after 3 times. We were moved to a different room went to the even we were to attend and in returning the room keys didn't work again a trip down to the front desk to get yet another key. There was no hot water but that seemed to be through the whole hotel. The other couple we were traveling with had more problems the first room they were assigned the dirty sheets were lying on the floor and the bed had not been made, in the second one no hot water and stains on the sheets. In the 3rd room again no hot water and the heater/air conditioner was not working it was 85 in there they got it to cool down...
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was subpar, starting from the outside all the way to my room. The carpet was dirty and had a foul smell. Despite requesting a room with two beds upon check-in, the front desk staff was unhelpful and assigned me to room 1004, which reeked of marijuana and lacked proper ventilation. I'm just checked in dirty it smells there is only 1 towel front door broken and sounds like from review it's not a new thing. (7months). Looks as if they haven't vacuumed the floors in rooms or common areas in longtime. If it wasn't midnight and my two young children being asleep I would not be staying. Booked for 2 nights will not be here on the second night. If I was in charge of this place I'd be ashamed of the way it is being left. Never in my life have I seen a dirtier place. I was at this hotel for an event over the weekend. I can't believe that Radisson Corporation would allow this hotel to open without being fully renovated after being a homeless shelter. The property was in poor shape. In speaking with several guest their rooms were not to the standard. Some had no towels, or bedspreads, etc. Several were automatically checked out after one day even thought they had two day reservations. They all had to go and get rechecked in as their rooms were locked. The restroom by the event were in need of repair. Toilet paper holder were busted, several stalls out of order. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was dirty. They had full size mattresses on queen frame. We had 2 small bath towels for 3 people. The clerk didn't want to give us anymore but finally relented. We got 2 more bath towels and a couple of hand towels. Questioned us why we needed more. The water was cold. There was no hand soap. No body wash. To top it off we found a microwavable dinner in the microwave that was spoiled. I took it down and ask if they clean anything! The clerk proceeded to gag! Please do not respond since these reviews don't seem to change anything. It should be condemed.
I had a terrible customer service experience at this restaurant. I called to make a reservation and encountered extremely rude front desk staff. Despite calling multiple times, they wouldn't listen and even hung up on me. When I finally got through, I couldn't even ask a follow-up question. It's clear from other reviews that this is a recurring issue. The poor and rude customer service has left me feeling disappointed and apprehensive about my upcoming visit in July. I urge the management to address this issue and educate their staff on the importance of good customer service. Thank you.

I am warning anyone trying to book a reservation here. Do not! It is actually a homeless shelter. The room we checked into already had someone else in it. It is not safe it is not clean it is very scary. We left and stayed at a different hotel. I called customer service and they said I am not being charged for the room for the evening. For your safety please stay somewhere else!
