Railway Road Chippy

I’ve literally just bought food off you 30 seconds back… and had to throw it out of my hands because it scolded ‘me .. you don’t put the trays the correct way up … the tray should have the fat side to the bottom… my hands are killing because as soon as I opened it… it poured everywhere … it’s good food and you are nice people but turn the trays the other way ffs …. What a waste of £5

Best chippy in the area, I travel from Euxton as it’s the best. The only criticism is the opening hours, they are too few, eg, not open Saturday teatime or Sunday and close at 6.30pm whereas 8pm would be helpful. A couple of odd reviews on here eg batter too thick then just ask for a lightly battered fish and they will happily do it for you

Whenever we are in chorley this is the only chip shop we go to the fish and chips are excellent and not dear at all real value for money would definitely recommend it to anyone just give it a try you won't be Disappointed

Delicious chips and the Chinese curry sauce was delicious too. Decent prices for the portions you get. Will definitely go again.
