I went to a local restaurant for breakfast on Saturday, hoping to support a small business. When I got there, I noticed another customer looking worried, and it became clear why when their meals arrived—our hash browns were served raw! How is it possible to mess up hash browns? To make things worse, the owner was sitting at a nearby table, chatting away, completely oblivious to the fact that the cook—who had more tattoos than a former Marine—was serving such badly prepared food. I will not be going back!
