The Rainbow Diner was good the food, as I said, it's horrible, like everything someone ordered, there is not of steak's fish, but still have on the menu. The last time I was there my chicken shrimps that was over cook, how could not even have been cut with steak knive plus chicken dish I had order before came potato chicken and was good, but when order again it was thrown false charges of onions pices of chicken in a soup mixuer I can go on as Rainbow Diner was good, also with eating outside. But now Bill should not let his son go diner on hill now there are no signs on menu, why not serving certian elements on the menu.
ordered the Tom turkey the meatloaf dinners...waitress was attentive...turkey was as expected...the meatloaf was waaaaaay toooooo salty had one piece (there was four)...mashed potatoes vegetables were fine...chicken gumbo contained chicken that was chewy I gave it to the dogs...it has been awhile since I had eaten here...I'll make my own dinner before ordering from here in the future.
I ordered a New York steak, but it was mostly fat and gristle. When I mentioned this to the manager, he pointed out that I had eaten half of it. I responded that I shouldn't have to pay for the fatty part. He insisted that since I ate half, I still had to pay for the entire steak. I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I felt embarrassed and confronted over an issue that I never even raised. The owner really needs to reflect on his approach.
